Temperature Control System

Control mode: Adopt (Mitsubishi) temperature module with (Hua Ting) SCR to control temperature, precise temperature control, small temperature deviation; operation interface adopts (Wellen) 7-inch color screen with (Mitsubishi) PLC setting and operation.

6. Structural design

7. Air supply system

Conveying system: transmission motor + reducer + sprocket + chain + stainless steel punching chain plate (see the bottom), conveying mode (control box discharge section) from left to right, continuous conveying, speed 0~0.3M/ Min, (commonly used 0-0.1M/MIN), the touch screen sets the conveying frequency and displays the conveying speed.
