Product Features
1. Temperature control mode: adopt intelligent temperature controller, PID automatic calculation, LED display, with SSR solid state relay output control heating, high temperature control accuracy, 6 points display monitoring temperature.
2. Temperature uniformity: The temperature has been monitored by 18 meters in the furnace through the temperature recorder. The temperature difference between each point is within the set temperature of 200±3°C.
3. Exhaust air mode: variable frequency powerful air exhaust device with air inlet mode, maximum exhaust air speed: 8-12 m / S adjustable, effectively solve the dust generated by the silicone product during the baking process.
